The aircraft are lined up on what was the 60 Sqn dispersal at RAF Tengah in the order that they were after landing having carried out the last formation flypasts at the disbandment ceremony held at dusk on the evening of 30 April 1968. There are 8 Javelin FAW 9/9Rs in the line and 1 Jav T3. The Squadron Commander's aircraft is in the middle of the line-up and in front of the other aeroplanes.
The photo was taken mid-morning 1 May 68, the day after the ceremony. Shortly after I took the photo, the aircrews started flying all the aircraft out to Seletar for disposal.
