if bikes can be converted (the widest point of the Col de la Vie's
should have been 320mm instead of 330mm). Thanks to Ed Braley for
catching this.

Lots of updates today:
- Added a page for Ed Braley's Miyata 712 conversion
- Added a page for Russ Fitgerald's Mercian Colorado conversion
- Added some important numbers for determining whether a frame will
work for a conversion. Many thanks to Terry Zmrhal for supplying
the measurements!
- Added a link to Sheldon Brown's IRO conversion. This one
particularly struck me because I consider Sheldon to be not only very
knowledgeable with regard to cycling but also generally pretty
pragmatic.
- Added a great quote from Russ Fitzgerald to the User Comments page.
