And the Website came about as a sudden brainwave!
Credits should go to Ai Hwa, Alia and Lisa, who first thought of starting the website as a mini-project of their own for English class. Later on, Munira volunteered to help out as well, and 7 years later, this is the end product - a result from the whole class refusing to see it wither and die away. In short, the reason this site still has a long life is all due to the class spirit that is still amazingly strong, even today.
When we first lauched this website (thanks to Ai Hwa, Alia and Lisa who worked hard shaping it at the beginning), we never thought that it would bloom into this website we see today. While there were some who expected this website to just fade away soon after the graduation, there were those who came forward and insisted that it should stay online as a ground for us to know what's going on in each other's lives and keep in touch. It is also a reminder of who we are and what we stood for. Even today, in early 2007, there are still those who visited this site and fill in the guestbook. Among the visitors that frequent this site, surprisingly, are not only just the members from the class - they are from other classes and other schools. The site has evolved throughout the years, from the rough .html byproduct to the new fully-functional CSS format it has adopted today. Gotta keep up with modern times, don't you agree?
We would like to thank those who had helped in trying to keep this website alive. You know who you are. We hope you would always drop by and add some of your thoughts and feedbacks in the guestbook. Thank you and forever keep in touch. |
