'Sweetie' lives up to her name.  She is a sweet, even tempered, beautiful girl.  She has won many firsts in her class, and in 2006, won Best Udder!  Sweetie is a dream to milk.  She has a nice soft udder, that collapses to nothing after milking.  This is the type of doe I breed for.  Not only conformation wise, but temperament wise.  See her daughter from Rosasharn TL Lady Killer Bee *S, Lady Wanna Bee, who won Reserve Grand Champion Junior Doe at the show in New Boston, NH in 2008!  Her newest daughter, Sweet Surprise, is just a day old and already I can see her outstanding conformation coming thru.  Watch for Surprise on the junior doe page soon!

Sweet Pea milked over 500 days on her first lactation.  She was like the Energizer Bunny, she kept going and going and going.  I finally stopped, as she was my last doe milking, and it was the middle of winter!  Bred to Clover Springs Ghirardelli for late winter babies.

GrandDam:  ARMCH Rosasharn's Buckwheat Honey 3*D E (2007 AGS National  Champion Senior Doe)

DOB:  March 30, 2005

What can I say about this girl?  Look at her pedigree, all ARMCH except her sire, who went overheight before he could attain MCH status.   I just love ILean.  She's the grand daughter of the 2007 AGS National Senior Doe Champion Buckwheat Honey.  She is just a wonderful doe, long body, level topline, and an udder that is a dream to milk.  And boy does she milk and milk.  She has been milking since her last kidding in June of 2008 with no signs of stopping.  High butterfat, too.  But because of an eye injury at an early age that left her with some nerve damage to one side of her face, ILean isn't shown.  But she produces wonderful offspring.  This girl, and Sweetie, are my 'models' for the does in my herd.  Now, if she will just give me a daughter!!!!

Kidding History:  Singleton buck, April 2007

Twin doelings, February, 2009

Honey won a restricted leg in 2006 at the New Boston show in NH.  She won Grand Champion Junior Doe and almost won Best in Show, but lost out to a supurb Alpine.   She is extremely easy to milk, just lightly tough her teats and the milk almost comes out by itself.  Honey is very level and long bodied with a beautiful rear leg set.  I'd like to see a little better side attachments.  Her medial is very tight, but hopefully we can correct that in her daughters by breeding her to the correct buck.

As a second freshener, Honey has increased her capacity, and her doe kid, WOW!  Long, level and dairy.  Exact color of her mom, and what a sweet disposition.  I can't wait to see her when she's older.  Honey sure knows how to make 'em!!!

One of WaterColour's first kids, but late at kidding.  Dawn has really brought out the milk quality of the Rosasharn line.  She is a wonderful milker, and a great mother.  I can't wait to get her in the showring next year, as she didn't kid until after she was 2 so she couldn't be shown this year.  I am really anxious to see her doe kid as a senior!
