It's kept us all in suspension for days, but the Mystical Panda has finally arrived! Thanks to famous repoter, chocochip44 for finding the information! We all now know our favortite interveiw team W.B.I.T! Well they managed to shcedule an interveiw for the cast of "Toph and Oreo's Rules for Life", well here's star reporter spatel7 to tell you how it went...

 WBIT: Hey guys! How are you doing?
 
The cast: Hey! We're good, how 'bout you?
 
WBIT: We're good, too! So, can each of you tell us who you are and what you play?
 
The cast: Sure!
 
Oreo: I play Oreo, and I'm sort of the heartthrob!
 
Toph : I play Toph!
 
Lu Lu: I play LuLu, Toph's best friend!
 
Selena: I play Selena, also Toph's best friend!
 
Chip: I play Chip, Oreo's best friend!
 
Blackberry: I play Evan, a new boy from Alaska that becomes Oreo's best friend!
 
Stripez: I play Sonia, a new girl from Italy that becomes Toph's best friend!
 
Clyde: I play Mr. Dale, a teacher!
 
Penny: I play Penny, a mean and popular girl!
 
Milkshake: I play Milkshake, Penny's best friend!
 
London: I play Miss London, another teacher that has trouble with Toph in her class and tries to get her expeled. 
Kuso : I play the Headmaster of the school!
 
Lily: I play Toph and Oreo's mom, and I am in reality, too!
 
Tiger: I play Toph and Oreo's dad, on and off set!
 
Prince: I play Wang Hong and I am Tiger's assistant!
 
Flora: I play Panini and nanny/babysitter to Toph, Oreo and Ming Ling. I am also married to "Wang Hong!"
 
Sunflower: I play Sunflower, who is Toph's best friend!
 
WBIT: Okay, now that we know what you play, do you mind telling us about the show?
 
The cast: Okay!
 
Oreo: Well, the show is basically about a brother and sister that make up rules according to what happened that day.
 
WBIT: What about the first episode?
 
Toph: In the first episode, we're at school, and it gives you an idea about each character's personality. Most of the crew is in it, so it's fun working with them...
 
WBIT: Why hasn't the first episode come out yet?
 
Lily: Well, we did shoot it once, but then we had technical difficulties editing it, so we had to start over. Unfortunately, it'll probably come out later than expected, because of the Webkinz Hairy Potter filming.
 
WBIT: While you were filming the show the first time, did it go smoothly?
 
London: Actually, there was plenty of deleted scenes and mess- ups!
 
WBIT: Do you like your director?
 
Lu Lu: The director's great and really nice. Same goes to our producer, and people who aren't actors that help out with the show!
 
WBIT: Any songs or extras?
 

Toph: We do have a song in the episode called, "We're All Farting Together," abd we have an extra music video called, "I'm Not Your Boyfriend." We all had fun shooting those! (laughs)
 
WBIT: So, what type of show is Toph and Oreo's Rules for Life?
 
Selena: It's a comedy!
 
WBIT: Any other things you guys want to add about the show?
 
The cast: Nope, you'll have to watch it to find out!

Confessions of a Shopaholic

We all know the famous spatel7 and the Webkinz Backstage Interveiw Team, (W.B.I.T.), btu we hadn't heard from them in a while... Well the reason why is hear read further to find the latest drama in Webkinz World(WB,) that you can't find anywhere else!

As some of the WBIT staff was walking past the information desk, two Webkinz strolled in through the front door. One was an Alley Cat and the other was a Seahorse in a plastic bubble filled with water. The Alley Cat seemed to be comforting the Seahorse. They walked right up to the interview sofas and plopped down. WBIT sat down too, wondering what was on their minds.
 Alley Cat: Don't worry, Aqua, everything will be fine. I'm sure the pysical therapist will settle everything.
 Aqua: Okay, if you say so
 Apparently, they had no idea whatsoever that WBIT were eavesdropping. Finally, we spoke up and said: Uhh, this isn't physical therapy.
 Alley Cat: Ohh..., then what the heck is this place?!
 WBIT: It's WBIT, you know, Webkinz Backstage Interview Team?
 Alley Cat: Never heard of it...
 WBIT: Well now you do... tell your friends? Heh, heh, oh we stink at advertising!
 Alley Cat:...well, we'll leave now...
 WBIT: No, no, no, no, no! Stay! Please! Tell us what's on your mind, Aqua!
 Aqua: How do you know my name?
 WBIT: Uhh, heh, heh, we were kinda listening to what you were saying when you didn't see us...
 Aqua: WHAT??!!
 WBIT: Never mind, moving on! Anyways, how come you guys thought this was a physical therapy building?
 Alley Cat: The sign looked like it said "physical therapy" from far away!
 Interview Recorder: You know he-
 Alley Cat: SHE! WE'RE BOTH GIRLS!
 Interview Recorder:-she's right. The sign is really small. 
 WBIT: (picks up phone) Hello, Ingrid, yes, write down a note about making a bigger sign on out building with neon letters...thanks... So why did you want to go to physical therapy?
 Alley Cat: Well, Aqua's homesick!
 WBIT: Really? Why are you homesick, Aqua?
 Aqua: I miss my coral reefs, and other fish friends!
 WBIT: Well, you know you're not the only seahorse here, and that you can go back home if you choose!
 Aqua: What a great idea! 
 WBIT: Or you can ask Webkinz World if they can have a pool that's a model of your home where you can live!
 Aqua: Wow! Y- (THUMP!)
 Alley Cat: She fainted!
 WBIT: Why?
 Alley Cat: She's not that smart. Too many good ideas or answers makes her brain malfunction.
 WBIT: Oh, thanks! Well, you can take her and leave.
 Alley Cat: But I can't carry her!!!
 WBIT: Oh, okay, AL!!!!!!
 Al: Dah?
 WBIT: Carry this plastic bubble outside with this cat.
 Al: Deesh meert? Ukbob yovnick?
 WBIT:...huh? Yeah, whatever... we really need another English speaking security guard! INGRID!!!
 Ingrid: I got it!!!!!
 WBIT: Well, I don't think that was much of an interview, but we'll have more for ya next time, Webkinz Backstagers!

We all know that February's POTM is the Webkinz Googles, so what's March's? Thanks to chocochip44 it's the webkinz Yorkie!(large size only) We also have new virtual pictures of the Webkinz Jr. pets. A mystery has come up concerning the two new Valentine e-store pets, the Love Cat and Love Dino. It involves the fact that people are confused as to what their PSI and PSF is. Some people have said that the Love Cat's PSF is Valenite Vittles, while it's PSI is unknown. Others, say that the Love Cat's PSF is the Beautiful Bon-Bon Bouquet, and PSI is the Cloud Nine Window. The mystery is that the Beautiful Bon Bon Bouquet and Cloud Nine Window could be the Love Dino's exclusives! What do you think? Can you help our reporters? Display your conclusion below. This is the last week that January's trivia contest is open, so if anyone wants to sign up for the contest make sure you put in your webkinz username with your answers so 5678kmr can send you your prize. remember that January's prize is the Aztec Terra Cotta chair. The winner will be announced this Sunday, Febuary 1, and January's contest ends, January 31st at 12:00 A.M. There are only 6 trivia questions to answer. (and they're not very hard either)

Webkinz Backsatge reporters come to you with breaking news! Every couple of months, Ganz realeses a new series of trading cards to retailers around Febuary 20th so they can be sold in March. Yes ladies and Gents, it's time for series #4!

The Magical Retriver code was found in few packs of series 3 trading cards, and was quallified of being the rarest pet in all Webkinz World. Well, now with series 4 on the product line, would there be a new ultra rare pet? We folks here at Webkinz Backstage were wondering the exact thing that since series 4 is just like series 3, will there be a new pet? The answer is "Yes!", the new ultra rare pet inside few packs of trading cards, is...("Drumbrole please!")... THE MYSTICAL PANDA! That's right, the new "ultra rare" competitor of the Magical Retriver is the Mystical Panda! We do not know what it looks like, but it must be something similar to the Magical Retriver.

We also have new virtual pictures of the new March realese pets.

Thanks to chocochip44 for dicovering the shipping dates for the 6 new webkinz Jr. pets. According to chocochip44, retailers will be able to get these pets by Mrch 16th, but will not be for sale until April. However there will be a very short supply of them, each store is only allowed 12 pets per shipment (assumingly 3 dogs, 1 cat, and 2 monkeys) There is a price matter that the prices will range from $20-$25, due to the larger plush size. This comes to show that because the larger than normal webkinz pets (even though they are called Webkinz Jr.) , Webkinz Jr. plush toys are going to be at a higher price range. Thanks to spatel7  for sending in this picture of the 6 pets.

Here are some new fabulous things chocochip44 wrote and found out about,there's a new webkinz coming to the E-store! It's called the Purple Floral Fox, this webkinz won't only be at the E-store, it will also be awarded to the next winner of the Kinzville Newz contest. There are also to be new webkinz coming out in March 2009! Here are a few of them. (I hope these are only a few because they usually come out with seven or eight Webkinz each month.) They are the Webkinz Domino Cat, the Webkinz Spotty Dinosaur, and the Lil' Kinz Robin. Below are some of the pets that we have found out about so far for Webkinz Jr., they are the "Webkinz Jr. Kitty" and "Webkinz Jr. Monkey".

Thanks to Webkinz Backstage Superstar, chocochip44 for finding out that there will be a new webkinz site by Ganz™ for little kids! The website is called Webkinz Jr. and the site address is http://www.webkinzjr.com/ . It is basically the same thing as the original Webkinz World but meant to be easier for younger kids to use. We are not yet sure when this will air but we do know that it will come in spring 2009. We also found today that half of the Japanese theme (or Asian theme) was released to Webkinz World, as well as the new kinzstyle clothes; the red and green polo shirt, glam girl coat, and webkinz layered tee and capris. On top of all this we also discovered a new Superbed , the Railway Dreams bed. And for all those gamers there's a new game in the arcade called Bamboo Break, thanks to WB member kemr99.

Mouse: Salutations, all you Webkinz Backstagers! I will be starting this interview....BECAUSE I WANT TO! SO DEAL WITH IT!!!
WBIT: Give us the interview script, Mouse.
Mouse: Hmmm, let me think about it.... NO!!!!
WBIT: C'mon! Give it!
Mouse: NO!
WBIT: Oh, that's it. You asked for it!
[jumps onto Mouse]

The Person Recording Interview: Guys, I don't think this will set a good example for our Webkinz Backstage fans...
WBIT: You're right, we're more mature than that rodent (sticks out tongue at Mouse). Anyways, as you can see, this is a very cranky mouse we have here.
Mouse: You wanna know why I'm cranky? Huh? HUH??? Well, that's because I got no family no more!
WBIT: Uh huh, so tell us more about this situation...
Mouse: Well, you know that stu-, I mean dumb owl?
WBIT: Yes, we do! He's our star attraction!
Mouse: UUUUGGGGGGGG!!!! WHY IS EVERYTHING ABOUT HIM???
WBIT: Calm down Mouse. Take deep breaths.
Mouse: (taking deep breaths, uses his inhaler) Okay, so about that owl. You know what he eats? Mice! Not only mice, but they're frozen! Mice lollie pops!
WBIT: We know that, but why do you care?
Mouse: The owl grabs my brothers, sisters, mother, father, grandma and grandpa, all my friends, until all I have left is a teeny tiny owl pellet, and it ain't even pretty! It's nasty, with leftover bones and stuff coughed up by that owl!
WBIT: So, that's why you said you have no fam-
Mouse: Ya know what else? After he killed my family, he puts them in a freezer, and pours artificial flavor onto them! ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR! I mean, seriously, my mother was trying to lose some weight here by eating carrots and whatnot, and now she's being turned into a 1,000 calorie strawberry- flavored popsicle!
WBIT: Slow down, Mouse! I think we get your point. We will try to alert the Webkinz World people to get something done about this... maybe, sort of.
Mouse: Well, my lawyer will come here soon to settle this! My lawyer is the most trusrted person I know! He has a suitcase and all that other lawyer junk!
WBIT: You don't really have a lawyer, do you?
Mouse: No... but by any chance, do you know where to get a lawyer?
WBIT: No, but I think the lady in the building across the street from here has some Yellow Pages, or something like that..
Mouse: Thanks
WBIT: No problemo, just remember that you are strong, and if you fight for something you believe in, you just might win!
Mouse: I am strong! I bet I don't need to use the door anymore, just walk through the wall!
[gets a running start, hits the wall, falls]
WBIT: You're not that strong!
Mouse: I- I'm okay! (groans) Oww!
WBIT: Well, we'll see ya next time folks!

Thanks to Webkinz Backstage member 1234lps who found these wonderful new items! They seem to be a roman Toga (possibly Julius Ceasar's or Mark Antony's), an Egyptian robe and wig (possibly Hatshepsut's or Cleopatra's since they all ready used Nefertiti), along with some sort of a floral crow (possibly the type that Greek athletes wore if they won the Olympics), a Zangoz garden statue, some new water items(it could be part of the underwater theme), a trading card table,a boxer robots arena toy ,a colorful beach blanket, a monkey, or gorilla statue, and the items that we assume will be in the Christmas gift basket this year; a green, red, and white striped candy cane, a Christmas sweater, and a little christmas candle holder! Sorry if some other pictures are unavailable, we will have them for you all pretty soon!

Thanks to our Webkinz Backstage member, chocochipkookie, who found yet another new room theme, some PSF foods, along with 7 trophies for the Tournament Arena. This room theme is apperantly a circus/carnavel theme! One of the new foods  the American Golden Retriver's PSF, Best in Show Brownies. To the right of that looks like it could be the Chimpanzee's PSF because we saw a quick (we had a low battery, and the computer wouldn't work, so we lost the image) image of the Chimpanzee's PSI looked very tropical with beautiful flowers on it, and two of the foods are tropical looking! The 7 new trophies are very interesting! This image shows us that there is probably going to be 4 new tournament catagories; smart/intellagence, running, racing, and inventing!

Lots and lots of people have been complaining that Webkinz World is not giving us any special things for the holidays. That all is about to change! Yesterday, spatel7 and I, found some new foods that will be coming to the W-shop soon! We also discovered that there will be a new holiday room theme coming in time for Christmas! chocochip44 found that some of the Christmas trees that came last year will be returning along with 3 Hanukkah Menorahs, the red and green house robe, and Christmas night gown! We do not know the names of these holiday items, but we will keep you posted! The W-shop foods fomr left to right, top to bottom are artichoke, bell pepper, cantalope, but the 4th one we are not sure what it is but we think it is a type of fruit. Moving to the bottom row, corn dogs, cresant roll, cherry pie, and pop tarts! We have a hunch that some of the new secret recipe foods will contain some of these new foods, so until these come into stock we will have to keep trying!

This month has been very dull lately... Well Webkinz World and Webkinz Backstage are shaking things up a little! Here's a list of things that will be happening...

The W.B.I.T. (Webkinz Backstage Interveiw Team) met up with an un-expected visitor to Dr. Quack's office today.

 While visiting Dr. Quack today, we met up with a very surprising visitor. It was a Cheeky Monkey! Unfortunately, it was in the waiting room with a cast and an ice pack.
"What's wrong?" we asked.
 
"My job," the Cheeky monkey replied. "I quit."
 
"Why?" WBIT questioned.
 
"Well, I work at Bonanza. I thought it was an easy job, and I needed the money to help my family," the Cheeky Monkey said. "Turns out the job is harder than it looks. I got hit with 107 coconuts and got 56 tarantula bites all in one day!"
 
"So how did you get the casts?" WBIT asked.
 
"Well I fell off the leaves and sticks and stuff and broke my arm and tail," the Cheeky Monkey said in reply.
 
"Yikes! That might've hurt! Well, we hope you feel better!" Those were our last words before we left.

 Dr. Quack also made a reply to this incident.

   "I see about 500 monkeys everyday in my office due to these severe injuries! It's so unfortunate that this happens all in one game! Everyday I see about 150 Cheekey Monkeys, 150 Grey Languars, 75 lil' kinz Monkeys, and 125 Large Monkeys! These injuries could be permanent, but Proffesor Goober, his assistant Booger, and I are working on a cure!

Recently, a group of Webkinz birds have confronted the WBIT (Webkinz Backstage Interview Team) that they have been protesting against the game "PUMPKIN PATCH PROTECTOR." So we sat down with them and had an interview:

 WBIT: "So, why don't you like the game Pumpkin Patch Protector?"

Jerry the Bluejay: "HELLO?!? Can you NOT see why we don't like this game? They squirt us with water from a water hose!!!"

WBIT: "How did this begin; the fight, the protest, the pecking?"

Jerry the Bluejay: "Well, one day I was flying through the sky when my cousin, Colin the Crow-"

Colin the Crow: "That's me!"

Jerry the Bluejay: "Yeah, whatever. So anyways, Colin comes up to me and says that he sees his owner playing this game on Webkinz World. He explains it to me, and I think that's just plain crow abuse. Ya know what I mean?"

WBIT: "Yes, tragic. Still, why did you bring these other birds?"

Jerry the Bluejay: "Oh, this is Colin the Crow-"

Colin the Crow: "That's me!"

Jerry the Bluejay: "Holly the Cardinal-"

Holly the Cardinal: "Pleasure to meet you!"

Jerry the Bluejay: "Ruby the Hummingbird-"

Ruby the Hummingbird:"Hiya!"

Jerry the Bluejay: "and then there's Sparky the Sparrow-"

Sparky the Sparrow: "tweet tweet tweet"

Jerry the Bluejay: "I brung them to take part in the action, hey, they're birds too!"

Ruby the Hummingbird: "I object!"

WBIT: "This isn't court, Ruby."

Holly the Cardinal: "I watched this game.... that's just wrong. Hitting those poor crows with all that forced water? Sad."

Jerry the Bluejay: "Hey, hey you! I'm talking to you, interview guy! I thought you were typing up our interview to publish in a Webkinz magazine. Instead you're playing Pumpkin Patch Protector!?"

Interview typing guy: "Sorry, man. We cool?"

Jerry the Bluejay: "See how hard it is for us? Why don't they just make the game to something where you make the scariest scarecrow and see if scares the crows away.... just not anything harsh, okay?"

WBIT: "Jerry, we don't make the game. Take that up with them."

Jerry the Bluejay: "We'll see about that. Something will be done about that game, I say! Something....."

(flies away with cousins)
WBIT: "That was some interview. Well, as they say in Spain, arrividerci!"

Thanks to spatel7, of  the W.B.I.T. (Webkinz Backstage Interveiw Team), who interveiwed some local Webkinz World fish yesterday. The fish seem to be protesting against the ever popular arcade game, Waddell's Icecap Adventure. Spatel7 managed to record the interveiw. Here's how it went

    spatel7- "So why are you all protesting against Waddell's Icecap Adventure? What are your reasons?"

     "I can't believe this! I saw my owner playing this game and wodered what he was doing, just to find out that he was making a penguin eat us fish! We are no match for a penguin! How are we supposed to defend ourselves  from this madness! We must ban this game from Webkinz World and bring happiness back to us fish!"

"This is an outrage! Why should we just sit around helplessly and watch our fellow fish get eaten?! We must stop this! For justice! For humanity! And for peace in Webkinz World!"

With all this, this is what Waddell said,
"So what if I like fish? They're tasty and delicious. They're good for you. However, I think these fish are overreacting. I never eat tropical fish like Clownfish or Triggerfish, just Tuna and Trout. If they are going to complain about something, they should be complaining about the fish sticks in the w-shop."
 
 That certainly seems to conclude our story! This could be a justifing era in Webkinz World history! Who knows what could be around the corner? Monkeys protesting against spider bites and head injuries in Bananaza? Or birds protesting aginst watergunning the birds in Pumpkin Patch Protector? The only thing that we can gaurantee is that Webkinz Backstage will be on alert!
