4 The Square Kelso is a two-storey flat in a prime position overlooking Kelso Square at the front and Kelso Abbey at the rear.

It is fully furnished to a high standard and comprises:

Ground Floor: Door from passage leading from the Square to Abbey Row: entrance vestibule

First Floor: lounge with 2 three-seater sofas, TV and DVD player : modern kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer and dishwasher : cloakroom with WC

Second Floor: family bedroom with one double and one single bed : bathroom : master bedroom with kingsize bed, en-suite shower and WC : linen cupboard

There is a dedicated parking space to the front of the property although guests may prefer to park at the rear or in Kelso Square itself.

All towels and bedlinen are supplied as well as a "welcome pack" of bread, milk, butter and wine.

We regret that the property is unsuitable for pets (having no garden). The staircase makes it unsuitable for anyone with mobility problems. We only accept non-smokers.
