For around $40 for 24 Episodes of Kiddy Grade, AND extras. $40 isn't that bad of a price. Go to your local Best Buy and pick this baby up ASAP, because I'm sure KG, and light KG fans will be on top of this prize. It's like other boxsets from FUNimation, scratch it not containing much except for the DVD's and a post card that you can fill out reviewing it. I don't buy very many animes, but for $40, and the work I went through to pick up the amount of dough needed for this tresure, was WORTH IT! Well, that all depends, if your interested, in meeting the cast and crew, no hopes here. The most you'll get out of this, is an image gallery, which can be found throught the episodes, or the single disks out there, tht only contain 3 episodes, and cards for $16. All in all, if you want the entire season of KG. Go out for this one! But if you want to collect KG, and you have the entire season, this is something you may need to look into. On the other hand, if your a fan, but your balance is tight, you already have the series, and you don't plan on collecting it, there's nothing special here...
This, is what got me into Kiddy Grade. Although it's no longer made, and is worth something now because of that, this DVD was great for starters. This is definatley the DVD that determines whether this series was for you or not. For $16 it wasn't that bad of a price, not to mention it was great because it also came with Collectable cards. There were about 8 cards, with pictures you can find from the intermission of the KG episodes within' the DVD. The DVD doesn't feature much. In fact, pretty much nothing at all. There's the ability to have English subtitles with Japanese voice acting, Promotional Videos from Japan, and an image gallery, which you can pretty much see without lag, in your collectable card set. However, the music is nice that goes with it, FUNimation thinks an Image Gallery is something neat, which it is, but I'm not one who is facinated by it. All in all, this is the cheapest you'll get out of Kiddy Grade, unless you buy the episodes off iTunes. I recommend this if you want to start collecting Kiddy Grade gear. Other than that, you can find a better profit of iTunes.
This is a short review, and since you don't get much of a choice on pictures off the X-Box LIVE market, these are GREAT for Kiddy Grade fans. I mean, I have my Avatar, and I love it! However, for 80 Gamerpoints, for 4 pictures, Gamerpoints are kind of complicated, but 800 Gamer points is $20, so you do the math, your nearly paying $5 for avatars, so unless you REALLY REALLY REALLY want them (Like I did) you should download it for sure. As of the theme... It's awesome, for 150 Gamer points, you can download a theme that has awesome pictures for each section. This is a decision once again for the buyer, whether or not your that much of a fan, and how much you want it. I enjoyed it, and overall I recommend the Avatar, because other players can see your picture, the Theme is for your own enjoyment, and since it costs a little over $5, it might be best to stick with the avatars.

As you can see in the image, there isn't much design on the back. The strap isn't visible, but it's there. I'd like to add, it's no 'fat mans' bag. The strap is very small, and someone with a large beer belly may have trouble wearing it, unless they rap it around their neck (Note: Don't try that). It has 2 pockets, one with a velcro security, it has a flap that locks with velco; it has a 3 pen pouches, 1 zipper pouch for storing cellphones of the sort, a stretchy bottle holder for holding, your bottles, and a VERY cool front design. Eclair and her P99 never looked so cool on a Chobit. I've never really worn this except for my 1st few days to Middle School, because this is no book carrier. The best this is for, is carrying DVDs, and collectables, which is its current use at my house. This is one of my favorite Merchandise Availible though, so I recommend it if you have the money. If I recall I was only charged $20 at a local Anime Shop in Irvine, California. As of now, I can't quite find where to buy it online, so good luck finding it on a good safe website. I'll post one when I find one.
UPDATE: 4/18/08
I've been told these have long, stopped being published, so if you have the opportunity, to buy this, this is a MUST! Even if your not a KG fan, it's still a nice buy, and works well for school, work, and holding laptops, even if you have one from the mid '90s that weighs A LOT! ;)
