Summary:
A royal misfit and a freespirited girl make the choice to leave home and journey to a better kingdom, Carshac. These two are young and have to overcome many obstacles along the way to reach Carshac. They will also meet Guardians in the forest who join them to gaurentee safe passage. Will the two with help from their new friends be able to survive the way to Carshac or will their choice to leave become a big mistake?

In the beginning of the story Kurtonious "Kurt" Rouldler and Mia Burgundy The two characters are hanging out on a hill in the court yard discussing how cool it would be to go to Carshac.

Chapter One;
In this chapter it is midwinter festival, Kurt and Mia are able to meet up again and begin to plan out their escape. Character desciptions are introduced in this chapter.

Chapter Two:
In this Chapter the characters continue to plan. It has been awhile since Midwinter festival and alot has gone on. Kurt is being set up for an arranged marriage which is making him angry and Mia's father is pushing her career as a scribe into first gear. This may just push Kurt and Mia over the edge.

The final chapter before they finally escape. Emotions are running high between Kurt and his brother Chris. Plus Peter, one of Kurt's younger brothers becomes hurt. Kurt and Mia pack their bags and make their way into their journey.
