The apartment is found on the second floor of Avoncroft, a Georgian style house built circa 1900 in the village of Offenham in Worcestershire. Designated off-road parking is found to the rear of the house. The accommodation comprises one bedroom with ensuite bathroom, hallway, a newly furbished kitchen and a light and spacious living area with beautiful feature windows overlooking the surrounding grounds. Full central heating means that you will be cosy in the winter.
The bedroom is furnished with a double or twin beds depending upon your requirements. Firm mattresses and soft, luxurious duvets and pillows invite you. The ensuite bathroom contains everything you need for a relaxing bath or shower.
The living area is large and pleasant. Close to the window the large wooden dining table is ready to host your meals. Relaxing afterwards in the huge and comfortable sofas may be just what you need for your holiday. There is a TV with DVD/CD player provided for your enjoyment. A mini library is continously being added to.
If you like to cook then the kitchen is ready for you. We have tried to think of everything that chefs, from the cordon bleu down, may need. The amenities include a gas cooker, a microwave, kettle and toaster. A cupboard filled with herbs and spices is also to hand. The kitchen is also equipped with a fully automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board.
