The house is a 4 room cynderblock house and it is in the wilderness, lots of open space perfect for year-round noise
The two biggest rooms are for the performances that measure 14 x 17 feet. There is no longer a PA system
If anybody needs a place to stay the night feel free.
One drawback. There is no running water but feel free to use the bathroom/shower at my house.
I will not tolerate violence against others (either intoxicated or sober). Anybody who breaks that rule will be instantly kicked out and BANNED from coming back.
Disrespect to the house and property (whether it's mine or others) will also get you thrown out and BANNED from coming back.
Unless you have a designated driver, if you are unable to drive home because of being drunk/high/etc DO NOT expect to leave until you sober up. I will not be held responsible if you cause an accident and kill yourself or somebody else.
There is a pond and an older house further down the road. If you plan on walking/exploring PLEASE LET ME KNOW BEFOREHAND.
