Originally shown in the theater in anaglyph (red-blue) format, Freddy's Dead, was later released in 2D on DVD. It later became available outside of the US and in a box set (within the US) in anaglyph 3D. Now see it in all of it's TRUE STEREOSCOPIC 3D FULL COLOR glory!
Please note this item includes a case, artwork, a high quality printed DVD (I don't use paper labels), the full Nightmare on Elm Street part 6 film with a (approximately) 15 minute field sequential ending!
YOU WILL NEED A FIELD SEQUENTIAL VIEWING SYSTEM TO VIEW THIS DVD. Anaglyph (red/blue) glasses will NOT work with this title.

Please note, this version of the film (field sequential )is not commercially available ANYWHERE. This is the ONLY field sequential version that I know of available for purchase.
I have converted it to field sequential using a UNIQUE process and the highest possible quality conversion tools.
For the "Nightmare on Elm Street Enthusiasts," I've included the complete film (as stated above- with field sequential ending of course) and for the "3D enthusiasts" I've included a "Jump to 3D" option in the menu so you don't HAVE to sit through the whole film to enjoy the field sequential 3D section.

WHAT WAS THIS DVD CONVERTED FROM?
I converted this DVD myself from the anaglyph version using a variety of unique software. THIS IS NOT A 2D to 3D CONVERSION. The color and quality are the best you will find anywhere! To the best of my knowledge, this is the ONLY available version of this film available in field sequential format.
IS THIS FILM DVD QUALITY?
YES! The picture quality is on par with DVD standards.
WHAT IS THE ASPECT RATIO OF THIS FILM?
This film is in it's original theatrical widescreen aspect ratio and is optimized for 16:9 TV sets or projection screens. It is NOT letterboxed within a 4:3 frame, however, it is fully compatible with 4:3 (full screen) TV sets as well.
WHAT IS "FIELD SEQUENTIAL" AND HOW DO I VIEW IT?
field sequential format basically displays 2 separate images in 2 fields in alternating (sequential) order. It syncs with electronic shutter glasses which open and close in alternating order to allow your left and right eyes to see 2 slightly different images.
