Where is the course held?

The courses are held in the evenings in Hove, East Sussex and are set in an informal and friendly atmosphere.

There is lots of time for questions and discussion. There are between 4 – 5 couples on each course so there is time for discussion and reassurance over individual concerns.
You can attend any time from 22 weeks of your pregnancy.
