Call from your home residence phone to 1-888-567-8688, enter your information and this will remove you from the list for 5 years. This works I did it.
Please note: if you apply for credit anywhere after you call this number your info gets put back into the system, so you will have to recall this number and re-enter your info to get took back off the mailing list.
