my little story......

Welcome to the Lonestar State of Texas !!!

Hope you like my first homepage. Not the ultimate, but i think there is lots of good info about myself. My name is Alex and iam born in the city of Vienna , which is the capital of 35 Div. . I started my Dx"ing in 1996 . My first SSB radio was a President Lincoln and my Antenna was a small stick ( K-35 ) und my roof. I worked many DXCC"s in Europe but it was very difficult too make the BIG TRIP,lol. I remember one of my best contact with my 1st small station was 105 Div. . I was so so happy on that day.Slowly i upgraded my Station and i was QRV from our holiday QTH in the mauntains. ( 1000 mtr. above sealevel) Iam sure some remember me. My callsign was 35AP01.  Than i had a big DX brake due my work. Everyone who exchanged my new QSL with me knows my proffesion. In 2002 i enjoyed the AT group. Thank you again to 35AT013 Helmut and 35AT115 Roland which where very very helpful to get me my callsign.

I got  35AT130 ....

But not long after that i desired to move to the United States . At the beginning i was active as 2/35AT130 cause i was not sure if i would stay here. But after several we dropped the 35 and i was an official 2 Div. AT - member. I got a very nice welcome from the USA AT"s.

I enjoy every minute on the radio. I love to work DX but also i enjoy long QSO"s with old and new friends. At this point i have almost 200 DXCC worked.

I hope you dont look at my gramatik and just like me the way i am !!!!!!!

73"s and the best greetings from the LONE STAR STATE OF TEXAS

                                                                                                              2AT130  Alex ( ex 35AT130)
