Who are FirstStep clients?
They are ordinary members of the community, from all walks of life, who are experiencing distressing problems and finding it difficult to cope. There is always a certain amount of stress in anyone's life, that stress may be acceptable or it may be excessive. Certain situations or behaviours can cause a person to feel they are unable to cope. This may affect them in several ways such as physically and mentally becoming ill, emotionally feeling distressed and feeling lost and alone.
