As a full service collections agency, we service our client's needs in an honest, efficient and transparent manner. 1st capital collections will operate within the framework of all State, Federal laws and statutes pertaining to ethics and opportunities of its collections services.
We cater to small and medium sized businesses, medical practices and billing companies. We offer big agency services to small and medium size clients.
Our company is divided into two seperate operations. One dealing in the commercial and retail field (primarily fitness clubs & trash haulers) and the other specializing in medical collections. All client accounts will be handled professionally and funds collected on behalf of our clients will be handled with integrity and will be promptly dispersed.
We offer a unique philosophy to collections. Our billers work with your debtors in a caring and compassionate manner to help facilitate payments and payment plans so that your debtors can eliminate their debt in a timely maner. Our billers always conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner with regards to debtor contacts.
