The first badge in the King Scout Badge scheme. This badge is classified as a Junior badge and its the first Junior badge that a Junior scout can take. There is a total of 29 test under this badge. The badge syllabus is divided into 5 sections which is :

 

1. Cita-Cita Pengakap

2. Kecergasan dan Kesegaran Jasmani

3. Kemahiran Pengakap

4. Kecenderungan dan Minat

5. Perkhidmatan

 

Each section contains certain syllabus that teaches a scout to be more useful. A scout who pass all their test and obtains their Usaha badge can be eligible for the next badge which is Lencana Maju, together with 2 proficiency badges.
