16 Guidelines for Life

Tools and Training for a Happy and Meaningful Life

How do I get involved?

There are many ways to get more involved with the 16 Guidelines!

1. Investigate and Explore the Guidelines for Yourself

The 16 Guidelines are practical tools that are meant to be used, not just bits of knowledge to be filed away.

Therefore, the very best way to get involved with the 16 Guidelines is to explore them for yourself!

Read the book
, use the cards, and practise with the 16 Guidelines in your everyday life. Then check for yourself whether it's useful or not.
