Flight Physicals

 

Part 1 Flight Physicals

90 days prior to your birth month, you are required to schedule the part 1 of your flight physical. 

Email SFC Desmarie Walker at desmarie.walker@ga.ngb.army.mil and copy SSG Karees Oneal at karees.oneal@ga.ngb.army.mil.

NO APPOINTMENT = No Physical!

Bring medical record - shot record - dental record - wear PT Uniform.  Failure to follow directions will get you extra shots or X-rays, not to mention the finger.

 

Part II Flight Physicals

Scheduled on drill weekends with DR Hovis.  He will not be available May.
