Santa's HERO Naughty and Nice book from ELF

This is the HERO santa book from "Elf",  the hit Christmas comedy staring Will Farrell.  This book is seen in Santa's workshop as Santa is telling Buddy that his dad is on the Naughty list.  Then, the book plays a pivotal role at the end of the movie during the entire Central Park Sequence.  Michael uses this book to show the world that Santa is real which causes Santa's sleigh to fly agin.  Every single page of this book is covered with the same naughty and nice list seen in the movie and read out loud over the news by Michael Hobbs.  The book was hand-made by propmasters and features hand-made leather with aging effects, gold etchings, and every page beautifully decorated.  Quite a beautiful piece from this now classic Christmas film!!
