Today was our first gig ever! And what a gig!
After just playing 3 times together we started off the gig to around 200 people at Hertswood School. We started off with Adams Song by Blink-182 to get the crowd in the mood, and they were great! Singing along, jumping up and down, swaying etc etc. We then went into our own song, Crimson. We were suprised to how many people knew the words! Then we finished off with Sugar We're Going Down by Fall Out Boy. Tom got them to sing the chorus just before while Dan and Jordan were tuning to Drop D. We then kicked into the main riff!
Tom: "We're 13 Riots! If you don't like us then we don't like you!"
Well done to 6th Edition, Chasing Stacey, London Town and all the other bands, who all played extremly well! Thanx for a great performance guys!
A special thanx goes out to everyone who was involved in getting this gig set up! Was well worth it!
