Opening of Senedd, Cardiff Bay
Cadets were on hand to greet the Queen, Prince Phillip, Prince Charles and Camilla when they visited Cardiff Bay on 5th June. We were allowed onto the steps of the Welsh Assembly Government building, alongside the steps which lead into the building. Most of the other people in the welcoming party were from schools. Later, the Queen went to the Museum next to City Hall where she met with our CWO Henryk Golaszewski, who was accompanying the Lord Lieutenant of South Glamorgan.
