We have been inundated with offers of help for support on the day. Many thanks to all the volunteers. Unfortunately we cannot accept anymore helpers - you can support us by getting sponsorship from family and friends or maybe your employer. We think the majority of the riders will be arriving at Southampton General hospital arounf 6pm - please come along and cheer us on!!

	Joshua (Matt's Mate) - remember no United shirts allowed on the day!		Jonathan Legris is one of Matthew's mates who is also receiving treatment on the Piam Brown ward. His hobby is racing fast cars and he is currently sponsored by Formula BMW. Watch out for this guy - you read it first on the Ride For Life site!! Jon won't be able to make it on the day as it's his dad's birthday but if he in PB I'm sure he will come and take the mickey when we get to SGH.
